Mushrooms have been part of Russian cuisine for a long time. They are immediately prepared and stocked up for future use. Recipe 1: Porcini Gravy

Meanwhile, peel the onion and cut into cubes. Add it to the pan and fry everything together for ten minutes. We need another pan in which we will fry the flour. Then we put sour cream, spices and herbs to it, pour the cream, s alt, mix well and wait until the mixture boils. Then we combine the sauce with fried “white ones” with onions and mix. Recipe 2: Vegetable Gravy

This recipe differs from many others in that here we will add parsley root and carrots to the gravy.

Ingredients: 300 grams of mushrooms, preferably champignons, two liters of water, one parsley root, one carrot, a tablespoon of flour, s alt.

For four servings you need: 200 grams of dried mushrooms, two onions, two tablespoons of flour, butter and vegetable oil, black pepper, non-iodized s alt.
