This is an obligatory ritual of morning nutrition - taking light food that does not overload the stomach, and at the same time nutritious and high-calorie food. We do not always have time to even have a snack in the morning, not like having breakfast normally. All due to lack of time. But I think you will definitely have 5 minutes to prepare this breakfast option.
This idea of making breakfast in lavash was shared with me by a neighbor, an old Armenian. Since then, this dish has been my husband's favorite. In the morning, he does not want to eat anything except lavash with delicious filling.
How to make a breakfast like this
You will need these ingredients:
- lavash - 4 pieces;
- eggs - 4 pcs.;
- cheese - 130 gr.;
- tomato - 1 pc.;
- butter - 50 gr.;
- s alt;
- water.
This dish is prepared like this.
Pita bread is dipped in a small amount of clean drinking water.
Then laid out on a heated and buttered frying pan.
Pour over the pita bread, distributing a thin layer, a beaten egg with a fork, s alt.
Grated cheese is next.
Fry until the egg sets and the cheese is slightly melted, and turn the cake over. In the center of the lavash spread a few slices of tomato and s alt.
The edges of the lavash are gathered towards the center, forming an envelope.
