Some people pay criminally little attention to their breakfast. Until recently, I did the same, trying to cook something tasty and he althy only for lunch or dinner. But then I learned that it was very easy to make a tasty and he althy breakfast, so I have been making it all the time ever since. My husband is delighted with it, and I myself enjoy eating it, especially since then my energy just rolls over and I can easily solve all daily problems.

My breakfast now consists of only two components - an avocado fruit and an egg, but what benefits does it bring to my he alth! One hundred grams of avocado contains 221 calories, but although this fruit is fatty, it contains only he althy fats. It is also a rich source of vitamins E, A, B1, B2, C, K and H, contains folic acid and fiber, as well as calcium, potassium and phosphorus, which are essential for our body. Plus, it contains unsaturated fatty acids omega-3 and omega-6, which support the proper functioning of the body and weight loss. Yes, and eggs are a true treasure trove of protein, vitamins and minerals. This makes such a breakfast hearty, tasty and very he althy, allowing you to feel full of energy and strength all day long.

Cooking method

To make breakfast for two servings, I usually take:

  • 4 chicken eggs;
  • 2 avocados;
  • s alt and pepper to taste.

The first thing I do is wash the avocados, cut them in half and pull out the seeds. Then I cut off the bottom of each half of the fruit so that it can lie flat in one place without tipping over to the side.

After that, inside each half of the avocado, I break an egg and season the dish with s alt and pepper. Next, I take a baking sheet, cover it with baking paper, spread the fruit on it and send it to the oven, heated to 1800С.

There I bake the dish for 20 minutes, and then I take it out and do not even call my husband, as he himself flies into the kitchen at full speed, anticipating a pleasant meal.
