  • 250 grams canned peaches;
  • 100 grams of hard cheese;
  • 2 garlic cloves;
  • 2 table. spoons of low-fat sour cream.

1. First of all, prepare the meat. Cut it off the bone and clean it. Make a deep incision on the side, creating a pocket. Fill it with pieces of peaches - only a couple of halves are enough for one breast. Rub the breast itself with s alt and your favorite spices.

2. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, add sour cream and garlic to it. Pour this mixture into the breast pocket on top of the peaches. Do not put too much stuffing in so that it does not leak out during cooking.

3. Cut off the incision with toothpicks to close the pocket. Sprinkle the top of the breast with spices and parmesan to add some flavor and aroma, as well as to make a crust.
