Often we are overcome by an insatiable desire to eat something sweet and high-calorie. But we often prefer not to have dessert because it takes a lot of time and effort to get the cake ready. Or is it just me having this problem with laziness? In particular, the classic cheesecake recipe looks like it takes forever to make. But not with this recipe!

What do you need?

List of ingredients:

  • 400g Nutella;
  • 450g cream cheese;
  • 250g shortbread;
  • 70g butter.

Easy chocolate treat recipe

Place the shortbread in a plastic bag. Walk a couple of times with a rolling pin or crumble with your hands. Pour the crushed biscuits into a bowl.

Melt a tablespoon of chocolate paste and 100 g of butter together. Pour the resulting mixture into a bowl with crushed cookies, mix.

Spread the "dough" evenly over the baking dish.

Mix cream cheese with Nutella. My sister does it by hand with a whisk, but I prefer using a food processor.

Pour the filling over the dough, spread evenly with a spatula or regular tablespoon. At this stage, you can give free rein to your imagination and add a little to the recipe. For example, add coconut, chopped nuts or fresh berries.

Place the pie in the refrigerator for 1-3 hours. This time will be enough for the dough and filling to harden. Baking a cake has never been so fast! Wait, you don't even need to bake anything here.

Another quick dessert

Want to show off your culinary skills to unexpected guests? Well, it's possible with this dessert. This cheesecake takes less than half an hour to make.

Ingredients:

  • 300g fresh raspberries;
  • 280g cottage cheese or cheese;
  • 250g fresh strawberries;
  • 125g biscuits;
  • 100g powdered sugar;
  • 90ml milk;
  • whipped cream;
  • orange peel.

Crush the cookies. Mix orange zest with cottage cheese in a large bowl, add 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar, mix until smooth; then pour in the milk. Whip the cream until it becomes fluffy. Carefully fold into curd mixture.

Now mash about a quarter of a raspberry with a quarter of a strawberry and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Choose the softest berries, puree them. Sift through a sieve to remove pits and coarse particles.

Divide half of the biscuit mixture between six tall glasses, then spoon the quark mixture, strawberry raspberry puree and fresh berries into each. Layer until one of the ingredients runs out.
