Used products:
- 10-15 apricots;
- 3 chicken eggs;
- 300g all-purpose flour;
- 250 ml cream or sour cream;
- 140g sugar;
- 7-10g baking powder.
Beat eggs with sugar. The procedure can be performed either using a blender or combine, or armed with a regular fork or whisk.
Add milk ingredient, flour. Mix thoroughly to form a creamy mass.
Cut the apricots into two parts, remove the seeds. Cut the halves into quarters.
Cover the baking dish with parchment, spread the dough evenly.
Arrange apricot slices in neat rows. Bake the cake for 25-30 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Garnish the finished dessert with powdered sugar.
