Danielle started losing weight in May 2017. What was the impetus and made the girl start? During a family picnic trip in Kentucky, she decided to spend the day at a rock climbing club. At that time, Patera weighed 155 kilograms, and the walk was easy at first, but after the mountains and slopes began, the girl was out of breath and simply could not move on.

Danielle realized that it is not enough just to change the diet - you also need physical activity. But then a new problem appeared: having a very large excess weight, Danielle was embarrassed to come to the gym. This is the fear of evaluation by others, the fear of ridicule. As a result, the woman was forced to seek help: her own brother accompanied her to the first training sessions. Now he is a fitness enthusiast and is happy to support his sister in this hobby.

Changes in daily diet

Of course, Danielle has completely changed her diet. Previously, she devoured sweets and fast food with appetite, but now her favorite food is vegetable salads and steamed chicken. At the same time, the girl claims that she does not starve and always eats her fill, she simply consumes exclusively he althy food with low fat content.

Danielle felt weak for the first time after her dietary changes. “I had zero arm strength. I never knew how to do push-ups or pull-ups,” she said. However, after six months, the first pull-up was successful, and after the same amount, a beautiful relief began to emerge on the hands. Today, the girl can no longer imagine life without physical activity, fitness and hiking. "I really enjoy it," she admits. "Sport has become my life."

The result of losing weight and plans for the future

Danielle emphasizes that she still has a lot of work to do in terms of bringing her figure to perfection. The hips are still far from ideal, and there is sagging skin on the stomach. It will most likely need to be removed surgically.

However, the figure, albeit slowly, is changing. Beautiful relief appeared on her hands, which the girl is very proud of and often demonstrates. The legs have also become slimmer, but the relief on them is not yet visible. However, such a stubborn girl like Daniel will definitely come to her goal. Now her training program is built with an emphasis on pumping legs and hips.
